Expected DA From Jan 2014 - Possibility Of Increase Of DA By 11%

As per the present state DA has reached 90 %. At this juncture, Central Government Employees are eagerly waiting to know the percentage of increase in the month of Jan 2014. The DA increase in the month of Jan 2014 does have certain importance in it. Because when DA reaches 100%, there is a possibility of increase of certain allowances also simultaneously.

As per the recent publication of AICPIN value, DA has reached the height of 93.93 % at present. During the coming four months, if the AICPIN value increases by 1point, there is a possibility of DA reaching the 100 % mark. Likewise, if the average becomes 2point, there is a chance of reaching 101 % as DA. During the ensuing four months, based on the value calculation of AICPIN, it would be possible to calculate DA accurately. Still, there is maximum possibility of increase of DA by 11 %.

7th PAY COMMISSION DATE : 7th Pay Commission Date for implementation

Thee is no authentic information about the date to constitute the committee for preparing recommendations for 7th CPC. However, the committee will take maximum of 24 months to submit their recommendation report to Indian Government. The implementation of the 7th CPC is likely to be implemented from 1st January, 2016 to all Central government employees.

Not only the Central government employees, all government servants including their family members are keenly watching the news about 7th Central Pay Commission, because the same procedure / recommendations of Central Pay Commission are followed by state government to their employees.

Revision of pay has been implemented by the government once in ten years through the pay commissions and an employee can get a maximum of three pay hike in entire service. So, it is very excited to know the details of modifications in all the respect of pay.

In the view of above scenario, so many questions and doubts are raising among the Central government employees…

MEETING WITH PMG, CCR , APMG (STAFF) , APMG ( RECTT) TODAY BY OUR CIRCLE UNION

அன்புத் தோழர்களே ! வணக்கம் !

இன்று (09.10.2013) நமது மாநில மற்றும் சென்னை பெரு நகர மண்டல அதிகாரிகளுடன் காலை 12.30 முதல் மதியம் 03.00 மணி வரையான காலத்தில், நமது மாநிலச் சங்க நிர்வாகிகளின் INFORMAL சந்திப்பு நடைபெற்றது. சந்திப்பில் பல்வேறு ஊழியர் பிரச்சினைகள் விவாதிக்கப் பட்டன. பல்வேறு சந்திப்புக்கள் இதற்கு முன்னர் நடைபெற்றாலும் சில முக்கிய பிரச்சினைகள் குறித்து இன்று விவாதிக்கப்பட்டதால் அதன் விபரம் கீழே தருகிறோம் :-

சந்திப்பில் கலந்து கொண்ட நிர்வாகிகள் :-

1. தோழர். J. ஸ்ரீ வெங்கடேஷ், மாநிலத் தலைவர்.

2. " J. இராமமூர்த்தி , மாநிலச் செயலர்.

3. " A. வீரமணி, மாநில நிதிச் செயலர்.

4. " R. தனராஜ், GDS NFPE மாநிலச் செயலர்.

சென்னை பெருநகர மண்டல PMG அவர்களுடன் சந்திப்பு :-

1. சென்னை வடகோட்டத்தின் தேங்கிக் கிடக்கும் பிரச்சினைகள் மீதான JCA சார்பான வேலை நிறுத்த அறிவிப்பு மற்றும் கோட்ட அதிகாரியின் அத்து மீறிய நடவடிக்கைகள் குறித்து விவாதித்து கடிதம் அளிக்கப் பட்டது.இதன் மீது உடன் நடவடிக்க எடுக்க PMG, CCR அவர்கள் உறுதி அளித் தார்கள்.

2. செங்கல்பட்டு கோட்டத்தில் இலாக்கா விதி மீறி அச்சரப்பாக்கம் அலுவலகத்திற்கு மாற்றப் பட்ட தோழியர். அமுதா மாறுதல் ரத்து செய்யப் படவேண்டும் என்று உரிய ஆவணங்களுடன் கடிதம் அளித்து விவாதிக்கப் பட்டது .

அவர் ஏற்கனவே பணியாற்றிய அலுவலகத்திற்கு மீண்டும் பணியமர்த்திட PMG, CCR அவர்களால் உறுதி அளிக்கப் பட்டது .

3.தவறு செய்யாத திருவண்ணாமலை தபால்காரர் தோழர். கருணா கரனின் மீது அளிக்கப் பட்ட இடை நீக்க உத்திரவு குறித்து அவரின் மேல் முறையீடு விரைவில் பரிசீலித்து ஆவன செய்யப்படும் என்று உறுதி அளிக்கப் பட்டது.

4. CHENNAI GPO விலிருந்து நீண்ட காலமாக DEPUTATION இல் வெளியே அனுப்பப் பட்டுள்ள ஊழியர்களை திரும்பப் பெற வலியுறுத்தப் பட்டு கடிதம் அளிக்கப் பட்டது.

இது குறித்து ஆவண நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும் என்றும் முதலில் தென் சென்னை கோட்டத்திற்கு அனுப்பப் பட்டுள்ள ஊழியர் திரும்பப் பெற உடன் பரிசீலிக்கப் படும் என்றும் உறுதி அளிக்கப் பட்டது.

5. சென்னை பெரு நகர மண்டலத்தில் உள்ள கோட்டங்களில் மிகு பற்றாக்குறையாக உள்ள REPORT SHEETS அனைத்து கோட்டங்களுக்கும் பெற்றிட உடன் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும் என்றும் , MPCM BAR CODE STICKERS குறித்த புகார் உடன் கவனித்து நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப் படும் என்றும் உறுதி அளிக்கப் பட்டது.

OAP MO பட்டுவாடாவில் BAKSHEESH பெரும் ஒரு சில தபால்கார்கள் குறித்து புகார்கள் வருவதாகவும் இதனால் இலாக்காவின் பெயருக்கு களங்கம் ஏற்படுவதாகவும் இது குறித்து ஊழியர் சங்கங்கள் உரிய அறிவுரை வழங்கிட வேண்டும் என்றும் நமது PMG அவர்கள் வேண்டுகோள் அளித்தார்கள்.

நிச்சயம் இது குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்துவது ஊழியர் சங்கங்களின் கடமை என்றும், இதன் மீது உரிய நடவடிக்கை ஊழியர் அமைப்புகள் மூலம் எடுக்கப்படும் என்றும் உறுதி அளித்தோம். அதே நேரத்தில் தவறு செய்யும் திருப்பத்தூர் கோட்ட கண்காணிப்பாளர் போன்றவர்கள் மீது நிர்வாகத்தின் நடவடிக்கையும் தேவை என்றும் ஆனால் அப்படி நடப்பதில்லை என்பதையும் நாம் சுட்டிக் காட்டி வலியுறுத்தினோம். அதிகாரிக்கு ஒரு பார்வை , தொழிலாளிக்கு ஒரு பார்வை என்பது களையப் பட வேண்டும் என்பதை நம் கருத்தாக பதிவு செய்தோம்.

நியாயமான ஊழியர் பிரச்சினைகளை சரியாக அணுகி தீர்த்திட உறுதி அளித்த PMG, CCR அவர்களுக்கு நம் நன்றியைத் தெரிவித்தோம்.

APMG (STAFF) , C.O. அவர்களுடன் சந்திப்பு :-

1. நீண்ட காலமாக தேங்கிக் கிடக்கும் LSG பதவி உயர்வு உடன் வழங்கிட

உரிய நடவடிக்கை வலியுறுத்தப் பட்டது .

இது குறித்து ஆவன நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப் பட்டு வருவதாகவும் தற்போதைய நடப்பில் உள்ள இலாக்கா விதிப் படி DATE OF CONFIRMATION அடிப்படையில் மட்டுமே பணி மூப்பு பட்டியல் இறுதி செய்யப் பட உள்ளது என்றும் ,மேலும் PROMOTIVE க்கும் DIRECT RECTT ஊழியருக்கும் இடையிலான SENIORITY பிரச்சினை அந்தந்த ஆண்டு INTER-SE SENIORITY என்பது நேரடி நியமன ஊழியரின் CONFIRMATION வைத்தே தீர்மானிக்கப் படும் என்றும் தெரிவித்தார். இது தவறு என்றும் அதற்கான விதி தெளிவாக இல்லை என்றும், PROMOTIVE ஊழியர் ONE TIME CONFIRMATION பெற்றாலே போதும் என்று விதி இருக்கும் போது , அந்த அந்த ஆண்டு DR ஊழியரின் CONFIRMATION உடன் இதை இணைத்திடலாமா என்பதை விளக்கிட உரிய ஆணை இல்லை என்பதையும் நாம் பதிவு செய்தோம். இது குறித்து CPMG அவர்களுடன் விவாதித்து இறுதி செய்வதாக உறுதி அளித்தார்கள்..

2. அண்ணா சாலை அஞ்சலக ஊழியர்களின் பணி மூப்பு பட்டியல் தவறாக கணிக்கப் பட்டுள்ளதாக நாம் அளித்த புகார் குறித்து உரிய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப் பட்டு வருவதாகவும் விரைவில் இது தீர்க்கப் படும் என்றும் உறுதி அளித்தார்கள்.

APMG(RECTT), C.O. உடன் சந்திப்பு :-

1. நீண்ட காலமாக CMC நிறுவனத்தால் கால தாமதப் படுத்தப் படும் நேரடி எழுத்தர் தேர்வு முடிவுகள் குறித்து விவாதித்தோம். இந்த முடிவுகள் வெளியானால் உடனடியாக தமிழகத்திற்கு 616 நேரடி எழுத்தர்களும் 240 RESIDUAL காலியிடங்களுக்கான GDS மூலமான எழுத்தர் பதவிகளும் கிடைக்கும். இதன் மூலம் ஆட்பற்றாக்குறை ஓரளவு சரி செய்யப் படும் என்றும் தெரிவித்தோம்.

2. அதே போல MTS தேர்வு முடிவுகளும், தபால் காரர் தேர்வு பிரச்சினைகளும் தீர்த்திட நடவடிக்கை வேண்டினோம்.

எழுத்தர் தேர்வு விடைத்தாள் CMC இலிருந்து பெற்றிட உரிய அதிகாரிகள் அனுப்பப் பட்டுள்ளதாகவும் இந்த முடிவுகள் விரைவில் அறிவிக்கப் படும் என்றும் தெரிவித்தார்.

அதே போல இன்னும் ஓரிரு வாரத்தில் MTS மற்றும் தபால்காரர் தேர்வு பிரச்சினைகள் இறுதி செய்யப் படும் என்றும் தெரிவித்தார்.

3. நமது மாநிலச் சங்கத்தால் ஏற்கனவே தேர்வு விடை குளறுபடிகளால் பாதிக்கப் பட்ட மயிலாடுதுறை கோட்ட GDS ஊழியர் தோழர் முத்துராமன் பிரச்சினை குறித்து நாம் அளித்த கடிதத்திற்கு நடவடிக்கை வேண்டினோம். அது குறித்து இறுதி செய்யப் பட்டதாகவும் அந்த கோப்பு அதன் கோட்ட அதிகாரிக்கு உரிய நடவடிக்கைக்கு அனுப்பப் பட்ட தாகவும் நமக்கு தெரிவிக்கப் பட்டது.

மேலும் பல்வேறு பிரச்சினைகள் குறித்து சென்னை பெருநகர மண்டல AD STAFF அவர்களிடம் விவாதிக்கப் பட்டது . அவரும் அந்த பிரச்சினைகள் மீது DPS மற்றும் PMG உள்ளிட்ட அதிகாரிகளின் பார்வைக்கு உடன் பிரச்சினைகளை கொண்டு செல்வதாக உறுதி அளித்தார்.

தேங்கிக் கிடக்கும் ஊழியர் பிரச்சினைகள் மீது அவ்வப்போது நாம் அளிக்கும் கடிதத்தின் மீது விவாதித்து முடிவுகள் தெரிவிக்கும் மாநில, மற்றும் சென்னை பெருநகர மண்டல அதிகாரிகளுக்கு நம் மாநிலச் சங்கத்தின் நன்றியினை தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.
