            I am directed to  request you to intimate as to whether all  eligible officials under your control have since been granted with financial upgradation under MACP Scheme.  It is also requested to intimate whether DSC for the first and second half year of 2015-16 had been convened.  Details of pending cases if any, may kindly be  furnished in the proforma below on or before 05.08.2015 by e- mail  to this office without fail.
